I'm having issues with logging in to the platform

If you receive an error with your username or password and you can’t fix it, please get in touch with us via contact@essma.eu so we can help you further!

How can I join the e-workshop?

In the menu on top of the page you can click on the ‘Watch Live’ button to access the e-workshop livestream.

On the left side of the screen you can watch the livestream video. Via the icon with 4 arrows, you can enter full screen.

On the right side you can join the chat with ESSMA staff where you are able to ask your questions to e-workshops speakers and ask practical questions. Furthermore you can also see your private message with other participants in the chat box.

Why is the livestream not working?

The livestream will only be available from 14:00 on the day of the e-workshop itself. Prior to the day, you’ll see the message ‘This event hasn’t started yet’.

If you’re having issues on the day of the e-workshop, try accessing the e-workshop platform via a desktop browser (preferably Chrome or Firefox) instead of a mobile device.

How can I edit my account details?

Go to your profile picture and click on ‘account settings’. In your account setting you are able to:

  • Edit your username in Account
  • Reset your password
  • Update your privacy settings
  • Update your e-mail and platform notifications
  • Connect your LinkedIn profile.

Where can I connect with other ESSMA Members?

Under network you have an overview of all ESSMA Members who have an account on the e-workshops platform.

If you’re having issues on the day of the e-workshop, try accessing the e-workshop platform via a desktop browser (preferably Chrome) instead of a mobile device.

How can I block or unblock a connection?

In the top right corner of the message window you are able to block a certain user from sending you messages.
If you want to unblock this connection again you need to do this from your account privacy settings.
